Shipping Policy

If you have any questions about an order or tracking information, we welcome you to contact us. Land & Ritual is committed to bringing you products of the highest quality.

All orders ship using USPS First-Class Mail® shipping. Any and all shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs may vary based on size, weight, and location.

Orders $55 and above are guaranteed FREE shipping.

For all locations, please allow 3-5 days for us to receive and process your order—you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

All orders that are placed over the weekend will be processed during normal business hours. Please note: During holiday times, we may need an extra business day to process and send your tracking information and ship your order.

The processing time does not include shipping time. Please note that once your order has left our distribution center, it is in custody of the USPS. If you have any issues with tracking, delivery, or any shipping delays, please feel free to contact USPS customer service.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us and while we hope you are happy with your purchase, in the case that you are not satisfied, please contact us within 10 business days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. 

Any items that go on sale are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your product is defective or was damaged during the shipment process, please accept our apologies and feel free to contact us immediately for a resolution.

Please be aware that products bought from Land & Ritual should be returned exclusively to Land & Ritual, and cannot be accepted from any other authorized retailer. Returns are determined by the purchase location, meaning we can solely process returns for items bought directly through our official website. If you did not purchase from our website, kindly contact the place of purchase for any returns or exchanges.
